Can you bring your workouts with you?
PRGRES imports CSV exports from Hevy, Boostcamp and WorkIt, and a generic CSV in its own format. Strong CSV import is coming in PRGRES 1.5 (November 2026). Only workouts come over, not routines, so rebuild those as plans; there’s no limit on how many you save. The import guide has the steps for each app.
What Strong and Hevy have that PRGRES doesn’t
Strong and Hevy both run on Android as well as iPhone, both have Apple Watch apps, and both keep your workouts in their cloud, so they’re on any device you sign in on. Hevy also has a web app and a social feed where you follow other lifters’ workouts. PRGRES runs only on iPhone and iPad, has no Apple Watch app and doesn’t sync: each device keeps its own log, and restoring a backup of your iPhone is how your workouts move to a new phone.
