Privacy Policy

PRGRES is provided by Baris Yakali (“the developer”), based in the Netherlands. The developer is the data controller for the limited purposes described in this policy. For any privacy questions, contact us at baris@prgrs.app.

None. PRGRES does not collect, store on our servers, or transmit any personal data, usage data, or device information. The app operates entirely on your device (“local-only”). Any information you enter into PRGRES — including any content, settings, or records you create — is stored locally on your device and is never sent to us or to any third party. Because this data never leaves your device, we have no access to it and cannot view, retrieve, or recover it.

All data you create in PRGRES is held in the app's local storage on your device. It is protected by the security features of your device and operating system, such as your device passcode and iOS's built-in data protection. If your device is set up to back up to iCloud or to your computer, your PRGRES data may be included in that backup. Those backups are controlled by you through Apple's iCloud and your device settings — not by us — and are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

PRGRES contains:

• ✓No analytics or usage tracking of any kind.
• ✓No crash or diagnostic reporting sent to us.
• ✓No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
• ✓No third-party SDKs that collect or transmit data.
• ✓No artificial intelligence features that send your input to an external service.

Because PRGRES does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, the App Tracking Transparency permission prompt is not used.

We do not share data with third parties, because we do not collect any data in the first place. PRGRES makes no network connections to transmit your information. The only third party involved is Apple, which operates the App Store through which you download the app. Any information Apple collects in connection with the App Store (for example, app download records) is handled under Apple's Privacy Policy and is not shared with us in identifiable form.

Even though we do not hold any of your personal data, we want you to understand your rights and how to exercise control over your information. You are in full control of your data. Because everything is stored locally:

• •To access or review your data, open it directly in the app.
• •To correct or update your data, edit it in the app.
• •To delete your data, remove it within the app, or delete the PRGRES app from your device to erase all of its local data.

Under the EU/EEA General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you also have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because we do not collect or process your personal data on any server, most of these rights are satisfied by the on-device controls described above. If you believe we hold personal data about you, contact us at baris@prgrs.app and we will respond.If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. PRGRES does not collect, sell, or share personal information, so there is nothing to disclose, delete, or opt out of. We do not discriminate against users for exercising any privacy right.

We do not retain any of your data, because we never receive it. Your data remains on your device for as long as you keep it there. You can delete it at any time by removing it in the app or by deleting the app.

PRGRES is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EU/EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Because the app collects no data at all, no personal information about children is gathered, transmitted, or stored by us.

PRGRES is available to users worldwide. Because your data stays on your own device and is never transmitted to us, there is no international transfer of your personal data to a server in another country. Any data movement that occurs through your own device backups is handled by Apple under its own privacy terms.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if the app's features change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where the change is significant, provide notice within the app or on the app's App Store listing. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. If a future version of PRGRES introduces any data collection, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy details before that feature is released.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection or data protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
